Event details, schedules, locations, and inclusions may change without notice where necessary. Participation in PCASA events or activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. PCASA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership or event participation where conduct is inconsistent with the Constitution, community standards, or the safe and respectful functioning of the association.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for memberships, donations, or ticketed events may be processed through secure third-party providers. PCASA does not store payment card details. Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable, and event ticket refunds are issued at PCASA’s discretion, except where refunds are required by applicable Australian consumer law.
